For firms with 10+ employees

When you have more than 10 employees, both premium flexibility and stability are important. For these firms, the Chambers Plan uses the strength of the pool to provide stability, but incorporates a special formula to also allow for flexibility. This means that if your claims are low one year, your premiums will decrease, and if they are high the next they will increase, but much more slowly than other insurers. The Chambers Plan does not use “credibility” or “weighting” to push high claims into later years, which is effectively financing the loss. Instead Chambers Plan uses the strength of insuring over 30,000 businesses to absorb losses and keep renewals much more stable, both in the short and long term.
